Residential Technology Software and Services Subcommittee
The MBA Residential Technology Software and Services Subcommittee is a Subcommittee of the MBA Residential Technology (ResTech) Steering Committee. The mission of the Subcommittee is to help the MBA formulate policy regarding technology issues in the residential mortgage industry.
It has three primary goals: First, to provide a forum which allows software and services providers to discuss and examine technology issues affecting the industry. Second, to provide a means for escalating policy recommendations to the ResTech and associated leadership committees within the Association. Third, to provide a forum into which the ResTech can communicate issues raised by other residential committees and Association leadership, and from which can obtain concentrated feedback from the software and services industry perspective.
The subcommittee runs in accordance to MBA’s published antitrust policies, and its members are appointed yearly by the current ResTech Chair.
