| Gene D. Neill is Vice President of Human Resources for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). Gene is responsible for the ongoing development and refining of responsive employee/management relationships; oversight of all employment activities, including recruitment of all positions; and the development and administration of the organization's compensation, benefits, training, EEO and diversity programs.
Prior to joining MBA in 1981, Neill served as compensation analyst with the American Petroleum Institute. While there, she designed, implemented and administered all compensation programs for the Institute.
Neill received a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from the Catholic University of America in Washington , D.C. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
