| Brandie Fennell is Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Operations. She is responsible for the development, implementation and management of MBA's business and Web applications, analytics and data assets.
During her seven years with MBA, Fennell has developed and executed a strategic information systems vision that includes a new generation of data-driven Web applications, business intelligence for improved efficiencies, "Lean" process re-engineering activities and various strategic business intelligence tools. This vision has solidified MBA’s position as a technology leader in the association community.
Fennell has dedicated her career to the not-for-profit industry. Prior to joining MBA, she was the Principal Consultant leading the not-for-profit software division of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she supervised technical and process consultants from lead generation through final delivery of the product.
Her 17 years of experience includes delivering process improvement through technology solutions to more than 50 not-for-profits in Washington D.C., New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Florida. In addition to her broad association experience she has gained industry knowledge through her engagements with the Urban Land Institute, National Apartment Association and National Multi-Housing Council.
