| Andrea Bona is MBA’s Vice President of Strategic Marketing. In this role, she is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the strategic marketing for the association and its programs, products and services. Since joining MBA as Senior Director of Strategic Marketing in 2004, she has established a full service in-house design team and has substantially increased the productivity of the marketing and design divisions.
Prior to joining MBA, she was a consultant for McKinley Marketing Partners, providing consumer marketing program support for Network Solutions and developing a new product launch marketing strategy for US Pharmacopeia. Previously she was Publisher, Internet and New Media, for the Cellular Industry Association, where she built strategic business and marketing plans and created the organization’s Internet and new media marketing strategy.
As Vice President of Marketing and Communications and Publisher for The Strategis Group, she established and led one of the first international, Internet-based daily news companies, CommNOW.com, as well as managed the consulting group’s marketing and communications strategy, including product promotion and branding. Bona has a bachelor of arts degree in Communications and Sociology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
